I am putting this post up as a warning to potential room renters for 5955 Wilbur Ave, Tarzana, CA. Chances are you found MR’s listing in craigslist or the local Jewish newspaper. My advice is DO NOT rent this room!! I could go into the details but it would be long and drawn out, and I see no need for it.
